I used to have a bio here, but details are always changing.
I’ll keep it vague so you can focus on the recipes instead.

Love your page, what you’re about and your photos. Simple ans straight forward. I laughed out loud in your small about section stating “teenaged baker in a world usually dominated by 40-something-year-old housewives.” Enjoyed several of your posts. Take care.
You have a very beautiful blog.
Thanks for visiting our blog. Love how you’re presenting some really delicious vegan treats on your blog. ❤
If you're ever in the area, we invite you to visit our restaurant 🙂
Hmmm…..”male, teenaged baker in a world usually dominated by 40-something-year-old housewives.” That sounds like the character from the movie Toast. Which you should see. I think you’d like it. 🙂
Thank you for following my blog. Your blog is wonderful!
How have I not come across your blog before?! Everything looks amazing and I think it’s amazing that you have such a passion for baking as a young guy! I’m at university too and would much rather be baking and have my own little vegan cafe than studying but I keep telling myself one day in the future it may be my career once I have a degree 🙂
You and your blog are amazing! As a mom of two boys (one of whom I’m trying to get to eat vegetables. He’s why I started my blog) I can only say that I hope my two turn out like you.
Just found your blog. How refreshing your words are, and I’m so glad I’ve found you. Follow your passion if you love cooking. I always say the rest will follow. You’ve got a lovely blog voice as well, which is a must for blogs I follow. 🙂
Your blog rocks my socks. I too was a vegetarian for 6 years, and recently transitioned to vegan. I actually just broke it down in a post!
Daniel, I have nominated you for the One Lovely Blog Award! Because I love your blog and think you’re awesome. http://veganmonologue.wordpress.com/2012/07/03/one-lovely-blog-2/
Hi, there! Discovered your blog today! I’m vegan and your photography is so amazing! Of course, your recipes are, too!
I just stumbled on your blog. It might be my new favorite. I’m excited to try your recipes!
“I’m a nineteen year old university student who’d rather be nose-deep in a cookbook than a textbook. ” I completely understand you :b
I liked your blog, your recipes are nice and your photos beautiful 🙂 Great work!
You seem awesome, I wish I knew more people like you in real life. I can’t wait to make your lemon bars! I don’t know any guy my age who likes to bake, especially vegan (but then I don’t know many vegans in real life in general). I love the bunny pic, it’s adorbs. Actually it is just like a stuffed animal I have by Steiff from the 1940s! http://seafeather.blogspot.com/2011/12/little-rabbit.html. Don’t stop being awesome! I hope you get to do something awesome with your baking skills someday!
I too would rather read a cookbook than a textbook! In fact, I go to Barnes and Nobles and head straight for the cookbook isle! We are a strange breed… 😉
Because I really like your blog, I nominated you for the ‘One Lovely Blog Award’. You can see it here: http://piesandcookies.wordpress.com/2012/07/14/one-lovely-blog-award/
Love the updated photos, especially the one with the rabbit picture in the window – that’s awesome…
Your photography is amazing!!
Your food photos always look so delicious! I really like the ideas here, so I’ve taken the freedom of recommending you in my I-have-just-received-a-blogger-award-from-a-fellow-blogger post. Feel free to put it on your blog or just quietly accept it 😉 I just want more people to see these pieces of edible art!
Love your blog – you are an inspiring human being!
Danny! This blog is amazing! I used to babysit you on McDuff Ct. when you were little and you indeed had a sweet tooth! Rock on superstar!
I just stumbled across your blog, and I’m already loving it! I’m not vegetarian but I’m always looking to feature different types of recipes on my blog for people with various dietary constraints and preferences. I will definitely try out some of your recipes!
Being a vegetarian transitioning to a veganist, I am finding your blog interesting and your recipes unique. Can’t wait to try them. Nom’s away.
I have to say, I am inthrawled in your writing. I found you on yummly and was immediately drawn to your blog name. I’m a vegetarian and I have a bunny called Flatpac and she is a vegetarian too :P. Always looking for brilliant new recipe ideas and this looks like the place to be! I have added you to my blogs I love list. See you around here 🙂
Came across your blog because I would rather be looking at food blogs than studying. I am also a college student and working on being a vegan, but I am already obsessed with you blog! I like seeing recipes that I can actually try without buying 500 random exotic “vegan” ingredients. Nice pics, too!
Hi! I nominated you for a blog award. Check it here http://dolacotidiana.wordpress.com/2012/12/21/hypoglycemia-blog-award-and-other-stuff/ 🙂
Your recipes & those platypus slippers rock!
OMG Congratulations!!! You’re the first young boy I find that has a reci`pe site, and BTW, runs it really well. Seriously, congratulations on your site,
Another teenage kitchen-maniac.
Hi Danny! I’m Allison, and I’m also a teenager trying to find my way through a baking blog. I just stumbled across your blog, and I love it! Your photos and recipes are magnifique. I’d love to connect more if you’d like – us blogging teens gotta stick together! 🙂
If you love baking so much why don’t you bake? We need more vegan bakers in the world 😉
Seriously…I can’t make my own recipes but I can definitely cook. I love looking a recipes and making them (sometimes even tweaking them).
This blog looks amazing and delicious. I can’t wait to try out your recipes!
This blog is perfection, you have no idea. It’s like my subconscious overflowed and became published on internet.

Welcome to my baking blog – after years of admiring other food blogs and photography, I decided to add my own recipes. Enjoy!
